By accessing or using DiecastDropshipper.com, creating an account, placing an order, or using our wholesale or dropshipping Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services or place orders through the website.

When using our dropshipping Services, you are responsible for:

Because a dropshipping order may be delivered directly to your customer, you agree that delivery to the address and recipient you supplied constitutes fulfillment of your shipping instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, recipient name, telephone number, and other order information you provide are accurate.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional charges, or losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly entered information.

6. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including product names, descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, scale information, availability, and packaging information.

However, product information may change without notice.

Manufacturers may change:

8. Product Images, Descriptions, and Website Content

Product images, descriptions, specifications, logos, graphics, text, videos, files, product data, and other materials made available through DiecastDropshipper.com may be protected by intellectual-property rights.

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise, you may use our product content only as permitted through your DiecastDropshipper account or applicable dropshipping/product-feed Services.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the website as a whole.
• Scrape or systematically collect website content.
• Use automated systems to extract our product database.
• Republish proprietary website content outside permitted uses.
• Create a competing product database using our content.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Where we provide product images, descriptions, or product-feed information for use by approved customers, that permission is limited to the purposes and channels permitted by our Services.

We do not guarantee that product-feed information will always be complete, error-free, or continuously available.

You are responsible for ensuring that products displayed for sale through your store or marketplace accurately reflect current availability and applicable pricing.

10. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through DiecastDropshipper.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An order is not necessarily accepted merely because it has been submitted or an automated confirmation has been received.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:

14. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless a specific delivery guarantee is expressly stated.

Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, customs delays, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Dropshipping Shipping

For dropshipping orders, you are responsible for providing accurate customer delivery information.

You should not promise your customers a delivery date that you cannot reasonably support.

Shipping times may vary by carrier, destination, product availability, and other circumstances.

We may use available carriers and shipping methods appropriate for the destination and order.

If you provide your customer's shipping information to us, you represent that you have the right and authority to provide that information for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

16. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and selecting any available delivery-signature or other protection options when appropriate.

We may assist with carrier claims or delivery investigations when applicable, but we cannot guarantee recovery of packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise affected after shipment.

Please note that once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We highly recommend purchasing signature confirmation at checkout, as we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen shipments without it.

Claims may be subject to carrier deadlines and documentation requirements.

17. Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Products

WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

28. Indemnification
