With our dropshipping service, you list products in your online store, receive orders from your customers, and then place those orders with DiecastDropshipper.com. We fulfill the orders and ship the products directly to your customers.

You handle your online store and customer relationships. We handle the product fulfillment and shipping.

How Diecast Dropshipping Works

1. Create Your Account

Create a DiecastDropshipper.com account to access our product catalog and dropshipping services.

Once your account is active, you can browse available products, review product information, and begin selecting items to offer through your online store.

2. Choose Products to Sell

Browse our selection of over 7500 diecast models and other collectible products and choose the items you want to offer in your store.

We provide comprehensive product data—including images, descriptions, pricing, brand names, item numbers/SKUs, current stock levels, and packaged dimensions and weights—to assist eligible customers in creating listings for their own sales channels. For relevant brands, required Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) details are also included. Upon completing your registration, you can access and download all of this information directly from the XML and CSV files within your account dashboard. You can sell through your own ecommerce website, online marketplace, or other permitted sales channel.

Brands with MAP Requirements: AFV of WW2, BRP, Corgi, Diecast Masters, Dragon Models, First Gear / DCP (Diecast Promotions), Hobby Master, JC Wings, Legendary Battleships, Legendary Cruise Ships, MCC, Militaria, Norev, Panzerkampf, Solido, V1:400, and Warbirds of WW2.

Please note that active MAP pricing for these specific brands is located in Column J of your CSV product file. It can also be viewed directly on the product level on our website.

3. Add Products to Your Store

Add the products you want to sell to your online store or sales channel using the available product information and data resources.

You determine how the products are presented in your store and set your own retail pricing.

Because you are using a dropshipping model, you do not need to purchase and store the products before making a sale.

4. Your Customer Places an Order

When a customer purchases a product from your store, you receive the customer's order and shipping information.

You then log in to your DiecastDropshipper.com account and place the corresponding order with us using your customer's shipping information.

You are responsible for providing accurate product, order, and shipping information when placing the order.

5. We Fulfill and Ship the Order

After we receive your dropshipping order, we process the order and prepare the merchandise for shipment.

We typically ship orders within one business day after the order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill an order for any reason, we will notify you.

The product is shipped directly to your customer, so you do not need to receive, store, pack, or ship the merchandise yourself.

For dropshipping orders, our shipping label uses “Fulfillment Center” as the ship-from address.

6. Your Customer Receives the Order

Once the order ships, tracking information is provided to the registered email address associated with your account.

Your customer receives the merchandise directly, while you continue managing your store, customer communication, and sales.

You keep the difference between the price you charge your customer and the applicable product and fulfillment costs charged by DiecastDropshipper.com.

Product and Inventory Information

Product availability fluctuates as inventory is sold and replenished. Eligible customers can utilize our data resources and product feeds to keep their online store information accurate and up to date.

We send daily email updates (Monday through Friday) featuring out-of-stock items and new arrivals. Additionally, our XML and CSV data feeds, as well as our FTP connections, update automatically whenever items sell out or new inventory arrives. After registering your account, please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to ensure you receive these daily arrival notifications and other essential communications.

Order History and Tracking

Your submitted orders can be viewed through your DiecastDropshipper.com account. Tracking information is sent to the registered email address when applicable after an order ships.

Keeping your account email address current is important because we may use it for order-related notifications and other service communications.
